Positive: Everything we needed for a one night stay - really great that we could bring our dog along (lovely secure garden). Comfy bed and pillows - great TV! Short walk to the beach.
Negative: all as described (only thing we missed was a coffee plunger - and that's our fault for not bringing one along!!)

Positive: Perfect stopover for me and my cavoodle when traveling Tauranga to Kerikeri. Clear instructions. Tidy and well cared for. Nice touches like a huge selection of teas and beverages, loads of towels, magazines, and huge tv with sky sport...Always hard to find great stays that allow pets..this ticked all the boxes. Thanks.

Positive: Quiet, private and spacious apartment to relax in. Quality furnishings and comfortable beds for a good sleep. Good water pressure in the shower and a heat pump to keep us warm during the storm we experienced during our stay. Very blessed to have found this place with very thoughtful hosts. Thank you!

Positive: The actual unit itself was lovely - good quality furnishings and well thought out with the equipment and linens supplied. They have gone to considerable effort to make this place comfy and appealing - well done Kate & Lance.
Negative: Our biggest problem was the access. Not obvious from the online booking that the driveway did not go down the side of the property. One of our party was on crutches and access down the stairs at the side to the unit was difficult for her with no handrail to use. A handrail would have made a heap of difference. I would recommend this accommodation to others but be aware of the stairs.
